Description
In his pedagogy Pau Aran proposes to develop the movement from its different qualities, directions and all that it implies: space, breathing, oppositions and details that make the difference. The Jooss-Leeder method largely inspires his work. Respecting the different needs and circumstances of the group, it helps him by repetition and a deep work focused on the gestural intention. At the end of the session, a sequence(s) will be reached that contains, corporeally and technically, the information studied during the session. In this way, the idea will be to gradually develop a greater awareness of what is being learned and refined through movement.

Composition and movement research
His creative process proposes a space of contact with oneself, without pretensions or judgments. A space for sensitivity and expressiveness, where everything is possible. Each body has its own language, unique and perfect. With these premises, there will be work through play and pleasure, with composition exercises, improvisation and body narrative. The search will open to dialogue with oneself and with others. Participants will connect with a personal, authentic expression and develop a greater awareness of their limits, in order to overcome them. This methodology is also inspired by his experiences of working with Pina Bausch and her company in Wuppertal. Thus, through guidelines and instructions, the group will develop a resilient, open and autonomous way of thinking. An invitation to personal empowerment that also offers us a creative group process, where each one discovers, questions, expands their language, to end with a physical, mental and sensory experience, responsible for their own journey.
